What I do
I'm a Business Development and leadership consultant, coach and facilitator. I work with professional services firms who want their people to show up with more confidence, more authenticity and more commercial impact. Not by handing them a script, but by helping them find their own.
Three strands, often overlapping:
Business development: strategy, coaching and skills. Making BD something people own, not something done to them
Leadership and engagement: helping people lead in a way that's theirs. Presence, confidence, authenticity
Facilitation and speaking: keynotes, offsites and bespoke programmes that create real conversations and lasting change
